Due to health/safety concerns regarding COV-19 all sports activities are cancelled until further notice.  This includes all practices, weight lifting, and other activities at the school.  Please stay tuned for further information.

6 Teams On the Rams Schedule Playing for District Crowns Tonight!

Mineral Ridge basketball team had a competitive schedule this past season.  Tonight, six schools that were on the Rams schedule qualified for the District Championships in their respective Districts.  Three MVAC schools (McDonald, Springfield, and Waterloo) qualified this week.  McDonald plays Southern Local at Struthers Field House for the Division IV District Final at Struthers. 

Mineral Ridge Rams Earn League Honors

Mineral Ridge girl’s and boy’s basketball team took home some MVAC honors.  For the Lady Rams, Alexa Harkins earned 1st team all league, while Fran Kesner earned 2nd team all league and Candice Miller got honorable mention.  Harkins and Kesner will also play in this years MVAC/EOAC All Star Game on March 16th at Mineral

McDonald Wins Districts at Mineral Ridge

  Congratulations to the Lady Blue Devils of McDonald.  They won the Division IV District Crown at Mineral Ridge today with a victory over MVAC rival Western Reserve 51-37.  This game was a rematch from last year’s district final in which Western Reserve won 46-39 at Mineral Ridge.  Today, McDonald was led by Molly Howard
